At Stony Point Resort we’ve been helping our guests make lasting memories since 1939. It’s a privilege for us to have the opportunity – year after year – to serve outdoor enthusiasts from all over the country. Our family oriented Minnesota campground and lake resort is located in the peaceful Northwoods, just minutes from the town of Cass Lake.

Our Northern Minnesota Resort is sure to accommodate campers of all ages. You’ll find modern cabins with all the comforts of home, where you can leave the housekeeping to us while you go sightseeing, fishing, biking, swimming, or playing on the 650’ sandy beach. Along with comfortable cabins, there is a full-service RV park and campground with shaded areas to pitch your tent. We provide our guests with clean and spacious campsites complete with their own campfire rings and picnic tables. All of our facilities are handicap accessible.

We believe the breathtaking bounty of our lakefront resort offers campers more than just an outdoor experience – it’s a camping adventure. From fantastic fishing trips and water sports to nicely groomed campsites and cozy cabins, we’re here to help you plan a vacation getaway you’ll remember forever.

Environmental Practices
We care about our beautiful surroundings here on Cass Lake and we maintain a high standard of earth-friendly practices. We value the waste reduction, reuse and recycling philosophy. We make it easy for our guests to recycle glass, paper, aluminum and plastic. We also encourage campers to enjoy the outdoors by walking, biking, and using electric golf carts around the campground. We also practice composting, and mowing grass and underbrush for mosquito control.

Our Season
Stony Point Resort is open from May 1st to October 15th.  We offer special off-season rates; 25% discount off daily rates for cabins, 10% campsites, Boats & Motors rented for 2 days or longer BEFORE Memorial Day Weekend and AFTER Labor Day Weekend.
